Communicating in English: Business or General Situations for ServiceTitan Employees - 12 or 24 Sessions

ProActive English is delighted to offer one-on-one, English language and communication training for employees of ServiceTitan.

Our one-on-one format will address business English skills or English for general purposes –  informal communication in the community and idiomatic or stylistic English in American culture.  Training sessions take place using Zoom Conferencing, allowing great scheduling flexibility.

Course Title:  Communicating in Business or General Situations – 1x1 Training via Zoom

Coaching Focus (all five areas or any combination): 

  • Producing Clear Speech: Accent Modification
  • General English: Vocabulary, Grammar, Fluency, Idiomatic and Stylistic Speech
  • Presenting Information Clearly and Concisely
  • Small Talk and Spontaneous Speech including Speaking Under Pressure
  • Writing for Business Situations: e-mail, doc writing including performance evaluations)

Coaching Format:

  • 15-minute assessment meeting or update to identify training priorities and goals
  • 12 sessions (45-min. per) of 1x1 live coaching with David Kertzner via Zoom Conferencing
  • Web-based learning activities including recording activities with audio and text feedback
  • (optional) 12 additional sessions at reduced rate 

Cost: 

  •  $600 per person – due upon program start for initial 12 sessions
  •  $500 for 12 additional sessions
